Inside the park itself, social life is centered around the Clubhouse Recreation Hall. The large main Hall is constantly bustling with activity, a seasonally decorated hub for numerous events. There is a full Kitchen available in the Clubhouse, as well as Billiard Room with three pool tables, Library with fireplace, ping-pong/ Game Room, and Card Room. Some important things to know when considering relocating to Sunrise Terrace:

• To live in our Park, a resident must purchase a share in Sunrise Terrace Mobilehome Owners Association, Inc. plus a mobile home. The share value, as of October 2005, is $200,000.
• For our pet lover residents, Sunrise Terrace welcomes two small pets per home.
• The park is limited to residents aged 55 and older.
