The 54 acre park is located on the southern slope of the Arroyo Grande mountains, just above the fogline, and many of the mobile homes have front rooms perfectly situated to watch the sun set over the ocean. |
Inside the park itself, social life is centered around the Clubhouse Recreation Hall. The large main Hall is constantly bustling with activity, a seasonally decorated hub for numerous events. There is a full Kitchen available in the Clubhouse, as well as Billiard Room with three pool tables, Library with fireplace, ping-pong/ Game Room, and Card Room. Residents are welcome to participate in many planned events, including Tennis games, Bridge, Bingo, Billiard tournaments, dancing, and monthly social gatherings. The Sunrise Travel Club organizes highly anticipated group bus trips and group vacation cruises. |
 Step outside the Clubhouse and you can find a 3 hole golf course, putting green, shuffleboard, Tennis and Bocce Ball courts, and a giant 15' BBQ for parties in the picnic area. The 30' x 60' heated swimming pool is a lovely place to do laps, float around, or sunbathe on the ample deck space, and it is conveniently located only a few steps from the large indoor Spa and the Exercise Room. |
